Submission Guidelines and Deadlines
All submissions should be postmarked between August 15th and March 15th and contain a brief cover letter that includes contact information. We do not accept email submissions. Please make copies of your submissions because manuscripts or other materials will not be returned.
Fiction and Creative Nonfiction
Manuscripts should be typed, double-spaced, and should not exceed 7,000 words. We do not accept email manuscripts.
Poetry
A maximum of 5 poems may be submitted.
Art
In order to expedite the submission process, we request electronic art submissions. Attach each image as a jpeg and email submissions to: art@thepinchjournal.com
Each image should not exceed 72 dpi.
If accepted, we will request 300 dpi tiff files.
Note:We do not read submissions outside the postmark deadlines. Payment for publication: two copies of The Pinch issue in which your work appears.
